AFK Blueberry Lemon Cake - 40 Servings

It was more of a smooth flavor than expected. It could be a bit better but I love the effects. As a sleeping aid, I've been able to dream again with this. Working nights disrupts my schedule but this help a lot.

I love the flavour and its calming effect

It’s got a good flavor. I’m not a huge fan of it in milk like some people say, but it’s still okay. I drink it in water. It’s tough to gauge how well it works, but I do genuinely feel like it’s helped some. It certainly could be psychosomatic, but I don’t much care why it’s working so long as it is. Additionally, I have sporadic RLS and magnesium supplements are supposed to help with that. Again, tough to gauge, but I haven’t had an issue since I started drinking this. I’ll likely continue using AFK and GG. My biggest complaint is the shipping costs. I ordered AFK + free samples for $20 on Oct 27, they charged $10 for shipping and I received it on Nov 5th. So not the worst ever, but it still felt excessive. Especially considering at the time I was able to get GG on Amazon for the same price as on their website with free shipping. I received that order in about 3 days.

Love all the AFK flavors! I was nervous about this one as I am not a big fan of blueberry flavor but it’s not very strong blueberry and is a really nice blend. It’s so nice to have the variety and they really help me get better sleep.

The Sweetness of the Lemon Cake is a bit subtle, and the bitterness of the Lemon and Blueberry help to make a perfect balance. It doesn't completely eliminate the taste of the magnesium, but it does make it more than palatable. In fact, the milkyness of the magnesium actually adds to the flavor here, making feel even more like a nice, sweet but tart dessert right before bed. Plus, it helps me get a good night's sleep, so I enjoy this one a lot. Will likely get this again.
