Grape flavor is quite nice.
When it comes to use as a sleep aid, I'd say it works quite well.

I struggle with sleep most nights and I've tried just about everything, different prescriptions, foods, alcohol(lol), melatonin was generally the most successful with helping me fall asleep but I would never STAY asleep, which has been a chronic problem for me for years, even when using the above mentioned. Even then most everything, especially melatonin, would leave me groggy and feeling drugged up in the mornings, like waking up from a benadryl nap.
You can also build a very quick tolerance to melatonin and that can become quite dangerous, since it can affect your serotonin and other hormone levels. (anti-depressant use can make this even worse)

However, after using this product for a few weeks, and comparing to everything else.
It just works.

I fall asleep fairly quickly and I've actually been staying asleep for the overwhelming majority of the night. I wake up a little bit groggy, but it passes quite quickly and I've been feeling more clarity and energy than I did before, which tells me I'm hitting my REM cycles properly since I'm not constantly tossing and turning.
AFK has been an absolute game changer for me.

I was pretty skeptical of Gamersupps in general to begin with, but I've been quite surprised with the effectiveness of all their products so far, especially this one.

Got this for my partner since they love grape flavor and have some trouble with sleeping, but it does not taste anything like grape. If it tasted better I think they would be drinking it more consistently, but the flavor being unpleasant and more metallic is off putting for them, making it hard to drink.
