Under the time i've been testing the afk it has help allitel with my sleeping but will test more for before buying more just in case its stops helping.

I love the flavor, it taste like a raspberry Popsicle. It's sweet but not super sugary like a red 40 soda slushy. It's a step down like a neutral tasting frozen dessert. Now my body needs melatonin to get sleep because my sleep schedule is cooked since I'm up late at work. But for any regular person this should be enough to calm them down enough to support a healthy sleep rhythm. Otherwise, go for the melatonin. Just be sure your allowed to consume that version by your doctor.
