Not my preferred flavor, but it's not false advertising.

Don't let the title make you think it’s not good, it's real good. If you like grape juice, you will like this. It works wonders for my fiancé who had problems with sleep aids in the past.

I'm usually very skeptical with these kinds of products. I figured, hey why not give it a try. The caffeinated drinks work for me, maybe this will, too. Gamers... It WORKS!

I tend to wake up and roll around a lot, especially when I'm stressed. But making this part of my nightly routine has led to more restful sleep where I wake up only once or not at all. I fall asleep faster, even on nights when my mind races, and I stay asleep.

BE WARNED: This stuff tastes like grape baby aspirin. I like it, but I can see it being an unpleasant surprise for anyone who is expecting something like Crush or grape candy.

So for the lovers of grape flavor like myself this may not be what you're looking for. However the quality of sleep I've been getting since using this has been great. Would recommend.
