I can't really speak to the drowziness inducing effects because I'm a perpetually eepy mf, but I will say I wake up feeling well rested and it tastes great so all in all very handy if you don't want to feel tired and fall asleep again in the morning

It tastes like Fun Dip. It's good and it works.
Every night I used this stuff, it would relax me and had an enjoyable flavour, but it would come with problems every morning. I would get pale/yellow-ish skin, gave me diarrhea and would almost make me throw up. I think the recipe needs to be improved right away.

I was expecting it to have stronger flavor and I'm happy it's fairly mild. It takes a bit to get it to fully mix, but my sleep has been noticably better. I'm a woman in perimenopause, so anything that helps me actually get 8 consecutive hours without waking up sweaty is worth any price.
Magnesium is definitely in there and is a light assist with sleep and the drink isn’t overpowering.

gamer this stuff put me to sleep back in 1550. I was fistfighting christopher columbus' stepfather and throwing gloves at french h=kings. The black plague skipped right over me, the sleeper hold put it to sleep too. I was up and then I was down like a 6 second rush.
If you try this and don’t enjoy the taste of cough syrup, you may enjoy it more diluting it by 30-50%. In the words of my son, it tastes like blueberry cough syrup.
